Doug Morland has operated Aussie Outback Safaris since 1996. He conducts eight to ten small group safaris each year; many participants have returned, numerous times, to experience new safaris.
All 4WD Landcruisers, campervan, houseboats and the catamarans are hired from reputable rental companies
The Aussie Outback Safari experience is not just about travelling from one tourist spot to another - it's for people who enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
Aussie Outback Safaris tours are about:
- exploring magical Australian Outback places which are off the beaten track,
- experiencing unexpected challenges (such as pushing the 4x4 out of the sand every now and then),
- sleeping in tents beneath the twinkling stars,
- sharing favourite tales around a campfire with interesting tour companions.
- travelling in comfort through-out the Australian Outback in good quality, well maintained vehicles
- You'll come back from your Australian Outback experience, refreshed and invigorated, and with a renewed passion for life.
All of our Aussie Outback Safari tours are for small groups (between 8 and 12 people).
Each tour route is planned with great care to incorporate places of historical and scenic value, or cultural interest. They are places for photographing wildlife and vast wild and rugged landscapes; places Aussie's affectionately dub The Outback. Some destinations are often not visited by other tour companies.
All Aussie Outback Safari tours are lead by experienced and knowledgeable guides.
