Prices
Prices quoted are in Australian currency. Quoted price do not include airfares, unless specified.
Note: 1. We can arrange airfares for you.
          2. Campervan tours: You and your travel partner are responsible for purchasing your own fuel and food. Fuel Costs
*Please note that the price of some tours could alter due to the fluctuation of fuel prices.
*Note - Campervan Safari fuel is NOT included in the quoted campervan tour price.

Deposit
A deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm your booking. Your deposit is non-refundable, unless a tour is cancelled by Aussie Outback Safaris.

Brochure Validity
Brochures are valid only during the period of the advertised dates unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification.

Passport and Departure Tax
You will require a current / valid passport for this tour. If traveling on a passport other than New Zealand or Australian, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary visas. You are responsible for paying departure taxes.

Travel Insurance
This is your responsibility and compulsory. It should provide cover against theft, personal accident, personal liability, medical expenses, repatriation and cancellations. You will be required to produce evidence of travel insurance purchase, prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Charges
Advise Aussie Safaris immediately if you wish to cancel your booking.
Also ensure your Travel Insurance covers you for any cancellation - you will need to recover your costs.

Health
You will be required to complete a medical form 30 days prior to departure. This information is for your protection and is available to the tour leader only. You will need to be in average health. Should you have any pre-existing medical condition/s, this information must be provided to Aussie Outback Safaris at the time of booking. Aussie Outback Safaris reserves the right to refuse to allow a client to either travel or continue with a tour, if due to a medical condition, the client is unfit to travel or could disrupt a tour whilst in progress by causing undue distress to other members of the tour party. Please consult your doctor for vaccination and other medical requirements for your tour.

Accommodation / Meals
Should you wish to upgrade your vehicles or accommodation or purchase meals (other than those provided), you do so at your own expense. Campervan tours: You and your travel partner are responsible for purchasing your own fuel and food.

Amendment to Your Booking
Should you wish to change your booking once it has been confirmed, an additional fee of NZ$50.00 per booking will be applied.

Alternative Travel Arrangements

Should you wish to travel onto alternative destination/s following the completion of the advertised tour, please discuss this when you make your booking.

Tour Duration - Start & Finish Times
The tour commences on the first day advertised, time to be advised. The tour concludes on arrival at the final destination as advertised in the tour brochure.

Liability
The tour organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay or inconvenience, cost or expense whatsoever sustained, occasioned or incurred arising out of or in connection with the purchaser's use or participation in any services described in tour brochures or any advertising medium used by Aussie Outback Safaris. Aussie Outback Safaris is dedicated to providing an opportunity for individuals and groups to visit and experience the natural environment of Australia while being aware of our surroundings and endeavours to leave the area as we found it. Aussie Outback Safaris reserves the right to exclude any person from a tour at any time, if in the opinion of the tour leader, that person may appear likely to risk the health, safety or comfort of other clients or themselves, or that person commits an illegal act, or causes harm to the environment. In such circumstances, no compensation or refund will be made and any resulting costs incurred will be made at that person's expense.
